3D Plans is the result of principal Jason Jacobs’s teenage obsession with computer-generated modeling, rendering and animation. Unlike some firms that suddenly “branch into” 3D, it’s all we’ve ever done — and it shows in our body of work, our uncommon attention to detail, and our insistence on complete customer satisfaction. 

What’s it like to work here?
Far too many companies expect you to be happy — even grateful — for the “privilege” of putting in 40+ a week for them. We’re different. Very different. 3D Plans began very humbly as a home-based business, and we’ve worked hard to build a company culture that promotes free and open communication, family-like camaraderie and continuous creative inspiration. Our brand new, professionally designed studio is built around an open, spacious workspace without cubicles or other obstructions. Our only “private” offices feature clear glass walls. And for the occasional mental health break, there’s ample indoor recreation (i.e., “rack ‘em up” and “your serve, dude”).
